Approval Requests

Approval Requests are the module to see all pending campaigns or booking orders which are pending for acceptance or approval from publishers.

Two types of requests are shown here in the list , 1- Booking orders pending for review and approval and 2- Campaign sanity check review and acceptance.

Configuration

• Publishers will be recieving notifications for this whenever a new requests comes for approval. They can also directly login spikecom and in 'Approval Request' view that request
• Publishers will be shown with the starting and ending dates , the booking order details, creatives , products and brands associated with this request.
• If the request is not yet in the campaign sanity check phase and in booking order review phase the creative , products and brands information is not present at this moment so is not shown now.
• If the request is in the campaign sanity check phase the creative , products and brands information will also be present at this moment so is not shown now only if they are present in that campaign.

Only when the publisher approves here , only then the campaign can go live. Publisher's final acceptance is required to verify and perform a sanity check on all ads.
