Booking Orders

Booking Orders are the agreement between spike and publishers before starting any campaign.

Spike admins or advertiser will initiate the booking. Based on any quotation they have to specify exactly what desired quota they are hitting now in this campaign and on what dates the campaign is going to be live for each placement.

Configuration

  • Once booking plan is created and send forward it is passed on to spike's finance team to review it.
  • Spike's finance team can login and check Booking orders from their account and either accept or reject it. Incase of rejection it will go back in drafted state towards spike admins for editing. Incase of acceptance it goes forward towards publisher(s) for acceptance.
  • Once publishers accepts their booking orders this booking plan is then marked as Accepted and now it can be used in creating campaigns by advertisers.

The campaign created against a booking plan can only choose from the approved dates and can only have from the remaining quota in that booking plan as it's budget.
