Quotations

Quotations are the agreement between spike and advertisers before starting any campaign.

Spike sales agents will initiate the creation of quotations for an advertiser. Offering them multiple publisher's multiple placement's at the decided rates.

Configuration

• Once sales agent finalize the quotation and sends it forward, a notification is recieved by advertiser to review it.
• Advertiser will have to login and check the quotation , if all placements are correct and the financials are all correct then advertiser will have to upload their PO and accept this quotaiton. Incase of rejection this quotation will go back to sales agents for editing.
• Once advertisers uploaded a PO and accepted it and sends it forward it will come for spike admin review. Spike admins will have to review the uploaded PO and check if its matching with what is created in the system. Upon admin approval this goes in POApproved state and it can now be used in next module of 'Booking Orders'

Incase if in the quotation the service charges are given below 12.5% or if any placement is offered on higher discount then the discount limit of publisher then this quotation will go through an extra approval step.
